This award is given to student organizations for outstanding or innovative contributions to the university community. Persons wishing to nominate organizations for this award should complete the nomination form by January 20th, 2025 for review by a selection committee composed of students and staff. Nomination Process
To nominate an organization for an award category, please use the form to submit the following:
- Nominee information;
- A letter of nomination considering the following questions:
- How has the organization made extraordinary contributions to UT and beyond?
- In what ways has the student organization made a significant impact on student life?
- Image of organizational membership (for publication purposes only, will not be shared or used in award deliberation); and
- Detailed description of the organization’s accomplishments (if not detailed within letter of nomination).
Note: This completed packet will assure the nomination receives proper consideration.
